November Reflection

During this month dedicated to thanks and gratitude, I was blessed with the gift of passing down my title of Miss Covered Bridge's Teen to another lucky young woman. It was so special to reflect on my fundraising accomplishments and overall development of P.U.L.S.E. Initiative 501(c)(3): Fighting Sudden Cardiac Arrest and the personal growth I experienced during my reign. I also loved getting into the holiday spirit by emceeing at the city of Winfield's Miss Merry Christmas pageant. I served as Mistress of Ceremonies for all three programs and enjoyed meeting more of the amazing individuals that make up Marion County. Right before Thanksgiving, I had the privilege of being recognized as a Top 16 semi-finalist for the 2024 Miss Alabama's Teen Competition at the annual Miss Alabama Organization Fashion Show. It was a joy to catch up with fellow titleholders and see the incredible sponsorship of both Gus Mayer and The Clothes Tree By Deborah.
